i believe i have enough material to write a mindblasting IOP essay. now i just need to get pumped up enough to chase away the laziness so i can actually get down to it. "at the auction of the ruby slippers" is really a great story. especially when you 'situate the text'. haha things actually make a LOT more sense when you do it. go, rushdie.

national day yesterday. 'i want to be a psp helper!' - david, quoting a kid on tv. what have children turned into nowadays. i recall past years where people would have the sg flag displayed outside, especially on HDB flats. but now, it's hard to even find one :/ i wonder if it was compulsary at that time.

4 weeks - 1 month - left till sept hols. time really does fly in ib, even when you're not enjoying yourself.
