last day of hols was awesome haha. chinese thing in the morning. couldn't really understand what tj was saying ._. but that was kind of expected. the real channel 8 interview's tomorrow- hope they don't pick me or else the school's chinese B reputation is going down fast. ice skating after that!! skated for 4 hours straight...because somebody came late and by then our time was running out. haha but it was fun. learnt how to skate backward- a little- thanks ann! those angmohs/kids who hang around the middle of the rink and do series of tricks make it look so simple- for example when they're spinning on one foot, it looks ridiculously simple ._. but if you try it yourself...ow. learning curve for ice skating = steep. i'm sure someone could testify to that :D had dinner with sam and daughter. haha glad that we enjoyed the last day of hols. now that it's over...
first day of school!! met most of our new teachers. got tan keng hsin for chem- old OM teacher!- and only found out after his lesson that his birthday was yesterday. uggh. haha but got to wish him when i met him in the old block later after returning a library book. quantum mechanics. never got to finish it. kh said the theory's rubbish anyway, and i guess that's partially true since there isn't a whole load of solid evidence to prove that. haha sometimes i wonder why i bother reading about things i know will probably never help me ever- but it's fun :) wikiwhoring ftw. 7 for econs!! haha, that was funny. my new seat's quite cool too. kh and yaseer to my left, daughter and granddaughter in front, astika + cheryl aka anti guy world dominators to my right and arthit, marcus and levia behind me. welfare rep again! clock needs a change. so does the door hinge. bah.
chapel was extremely enriching; i learnt so much during that two or so hours. was reminded that tomorrow's results' time ._. i shall look for my old roommates and share their grief/...glory? apparently math SL was quite good according to some teacher's fb status whose identity shall be kept unknown. chinese? 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. 0 wait that isn't possible. nevermind no big fuss. unlikely i'll retake whatever i get. no. more. chinese.
inner sides of thighs hurt like mad today. bad posture during skating i'm guessing :/ a whole day of slow pain. wheeeeeee. tonight, sign GIRO form, principal's letter response slip and prom nite form. filled up my dad's name, my class, and name.
*walks into parents' room*
"daddy i've got some forms for you to sign"
*dad goes into bathroom and starts showering*
"..."
*dad comes out all fresh*
"here, i've filled up all the other details. just sign..."
dad: "can i do it tomorrow morning? tired now. have to write the date too..."
*dad turns off light, lies down on bed and closes eyes*
can't tell if he was kidding or what. all i know is that if i forget to remind him tomorrow i'm in deep ._. i need to get nyaa logging, econs ia and ee done asap. three main things that are bugging me atm. then badminton awaits.
was listening to poto music. haha i realized, some of them are nicer than i thought. actually those that i've listened to are nice. just can't be bothered to listen to the others i haven't yet...heh.
Music of the Night
haha. not the original one by gerard butler but pretty nice :) listened to some other potos songs too- i think the point of no return had some chandelier crashing near the end of the song. was freaked out for a sec when i heard that while listening on the mrt :O haha but i think i should watch the film again- and listen to that music with better speakers than the one i used before. at that time i watched it i was drifting off to sleep. meh couldn't help it, such nice music...their voices are wow.
i like schumann's pieces- Warum?, especially. haha i think his style suits me. anw the piece's so contemplative, and left hanging at the end...it's gorgeous. maybe to me only but, :) go youtube it if you want.
