speaking of error bars, i was thinking gyy'd set some retardedly hard stats question so i worked pretty hard at trying understand t-tests and the like. yeah, so stats made an appearance. in one question. the first darn mcq -.-
slept at 5am just now. horrible. wanted to finish syllabus badly. must do mummy proud! in the end, pregnancy wasn't tested...sigh. i must really thank coffee for keeping me alive, seriously. one good swig of canned nescafe in the morning keeps me up to about now. i'm going to sleep soon- make up for last night. or just now. sigh.
bio was fairly easy though. gosh, the cobra venom question. i was pretty sure i'd read somewhere when i was young that cobra bites are usually fatal...wait, let's wiki that.
All species in the genus Naja are capable of delivering a fatal bite in a human. - Wikipedia
oh, see! haha all kinds of funny answers were suggested. apparently quite a number of people wrote anti-venom should be administered...and gyy said that was the right answer. antibodies! of course, so many of us forgot that the venom molecules are- essentially- antigens! which would be combated by antibodies. i myself wrote injections of acetylcholine- i don't think that was very clever. LOL and the other suggestions. 'get edwsard cullen to come and bite' 'suck the blood out' 'get a snake charmer and ...' hahaha.
chem p3 was actually quite decent considering i covered option A from scratch in a few hours. and revised organic chem in 2 hours...sigh, but was very worried from the start. but thankfully i think i'll pass hehe.
econs paper 2 was an utter disaster. i did question 2 and 3. question 2 was actually okay la- ITF stuff mostly, easy peasy. question 3...define WTO? then they threw in micro concepts- elasticity. gah i didn't study micro AT ALL. NO PURE MACRO QUESTION CAME OUT :( it was so frightening during the reading time when i realized that two out of the three questions had micro concepts- which i had never touched. i totally died at (d) of question 3. i have no idea how we were supposed to answer that, but i shan't care now.
english tomorrow! it will be a good day :) must stay goodmoodish. attitude is so important, as we have diligently learnt from the funny joke this morning.
