sigh why am i so carefree about ioc. after that last post, went to play piano for some time. time passes fast! my nose is blocked. no! too fast. i need this to last till monday. hm i don't think there's any school rule against making yourself fall sick. or in this case, prolong your own sickness. let's see- a late night movie would help. but then i'd die tomorrow- really die. maybe sunday night then.

i was looking through the ioc book from uncle tony aka the photocopy shop man. it is, to me, quite a gamble to get ideas from it...some passages in here are just -___-

it was quite comical actually, seeing one commentary comparing one poet's work with another (Frost's poem with Owen's? i can't remember) which is something we probably don't want to do. i learnt from another commentary of Owen's friend Siegfried 'Sasoon' and that Apologia was written in the '1970s'. ...for one thing it's 1917 (fine you probably knew that) and anyway 1970 was long after both world wars...mum and dad were teens then. that reminds me of a story my grandma told me once, about her and her family in the war.
