someone suggested using queens to counter void rays- but there are still issues with that imo. queens as a choice to counter aa would mean pumping them out before you lair- which is quite funny since you're building queens probably to stall the rays before you transit into hydra or even muta if you're playing aggro. thing is, since you're using your hatch to build the queens...you can't lair. unless of course you somehow manage to lair ridiculously fast then start queening once your lair pops- but that'd mean sacrificing building a queen before your lair, and that means you forfeit the extra 4 larvae queen pump out every now and then.

solution? imo, throw down an evo chamber and some spores. scout, of course...i'm quite lazy at that. once you spot that quick cyber, out comes your evo chamber and there you have more or less quite a bit of time to scatter some spores around your base.

thanks to mervyn for telling about about the sc2 competition at iluma on sunday in the afternoon- probably wont go anyway, little me needs much practise before i'm even on par with the usual gold league players -_- well, slowly i guess.
