clearly this is a late reply- but anyway cheryl you have already gotten Zoo tycoon weeks ago and anyway, i don't have the game :D
i remember seeing the game, though, some time ago at a store. actually it was at...the zoo. when i was maybe half the age i am now? that was probably before they'd renovated the zoo and the mcdonalds was at a remember-able place. the whole place is now quite new-ish as i remember it. hey we should all go to the zoo one day :D
on a gloomier note: three visits to chang and my haggard body has gotten no better. both my nose and throat seem to be competing; at times the nose will push forward, flooding itself with viscous mu- okay nevermind you probably don't want to know. the bottom line is, three bottles of cough syrup didn't do much. they tasted nice though! finished a Nasonex spray too- didn't do much good.
so this morning my mum brought me to see the doctor at her workplace. our pilgrimage was not in vain- the benevolent doctor rewarded us with the holy grail that changi's denied me thus far: antibiotics! i think it's streptomycin. she gave me a little cocktail of tablets and capsules as well- sigh, totaling the bills for all 4 visits to changi and this doc, the flu is winning: $200:0. to celebrate, i'm taking the day off work. i'm seriously wishing i could play some starcraft 2 now- it's not a craving, but there's just nothing much productive you can do in this kind of state. reading eng p2 texts would be an option, but i like to take notes on the laptop while reading them- so no go.
i am collating the personal details and, in the future, university details of our dear 6.4ians. haha, that sounds like 'singaporeans'. i am grateful to ian for troubling himself with the birth of the google spreadsheet- howefver i must take it upon my weary self to complete the task, for i have done so little as Welfare Rep, you see. the journey is arduous; i assure you, however, that my my fingers and keyboard will not tire.
okay, my post just got interrupted by a 45 minute long phone call by the better half. then, dinner. so now it is some time after i started this post. the antibiotic turned out to be chloromy...chlorosomething la, it wasn't streptomycin, though. the instructions said to take it two times a day, after meals. just for fun, i took two instead. okay fine, kidding. i didn't do that. but it does make sense, right! more antibiotic floating around in your body, that should kill them evil bacteria faster. right. i think so.
and so i shall probably sleep before 12; haha this is one of the few days i'm actually wanting to stay up beyond 12 because i've restricted myself from work for the rest of the night. let's see what there is to do- big bang theory, ipad games...eh, no facebook. arthur and i deactivated it some time ago; it's quite liberating in some way, after you do that you realize you spend quite some time moseying around on fb doing practically...nothing. i don't play sorority life anymore- i've got a real life now :D- so, sorry to the awesome people who gifted me...gifts in the game, i will not be reciprocating the deed unless you ask me to, which i will of course.
school today was fun! spent quite a lot of time reminiscing about childhood with ian and yaseer. okay looking back on that now, i think we sounded quite silly LOL. with sam, xintian and even the rather faraway mingann giggling sometimes...oh dear. hey, but that was fun :D aw man, school's only for two more days. i guess it hasn't really hit many of us yet :(((((
